= PSICQUIC cytoscape plugin =

  * a modified version of psicquic cytoscape plugin that given a list of proteins (ex: Q9NVC6, !Q6P2C8, !Q9H944) it will search all protein interaction re-sources for all pairwise interactions between the given proteins (ex: Q9NVC6-Q9NVC6, Q9NVC6-!Q6P2C8, Q9NVC6-!Q9H944,  !Q6P2C8-!Q6P2C8, !Q6P2C8-!Q9H944, !Q9H944-!Q9H944)

  * To get the feature to work:
     1. select File--> import from webservices, 
     1. change data source to "PSICQUIC webservice.." 
     1. in the "Search property" tab change Query mode from "GET_BY_INTERACTIONS"  to "GET_ALL_PAIRWISE".
     1. paste your list of identifiers (gene symbols, entrez gene ids, swissprot accessions...) into the Query tab.  It will take each entered id and translate it into the right MIQL and search psicquic and return all pairwise interactions.
