I am a postdoctoral researcher supervised by Gary Bader and Sonya !MacParland. I studying the impact of HepC on the liver using single cell genomics, with support from [[https://www.canhepc.ca/en|CanHepC]].

I did my PhD at the University of Cambridge and the European Molecular Biology Laboratory - European Bioinformatics Institute. My PhD work was on pediatric inflammatory bowel disease using computational biology to explore differences in genomics with disease. Before that I got my MSc and worked at the University of British Columbia.
